Concurrency

Concurrency

I like to think of life as a model in which we are all concurrent processors, each managing our own tasks at the same time.

Parallel lines are like two roads going the same way, never meeting. Sometimes we move alongside others, even when we share goals or experiences, yet our paths don't always intersect.

The same applies to those around me. We walk, we share moments and hopes, but our lines rarely meet where we'd like them to.

Similarly, whenever someone switches jobs, it's important to enable their 'concurrency mode', since you never know which skills or knowledge will be required in a new organization with different tech stacks.
